musical genius

haha TRUE!

Actually it's realistically more like one in a billion!

marco + rock n roll =SHIT(but i love marco shred playing)

No Fuzz No Buzz! This is from a Paddy Kelly CD

Hey I completly agree - but I'm not sure any pro drummers are frauds, I mean guitar players use many effects but it's part of the sound. If you're drumming on any semi or pro level, u must still be v v good! But Marco is one in a million :D

Is it possible to download this song? I can just find live versions of it :\

this is some cover for a song. really really great.

this is good but he does the same beat in every video

What the fuck did I just experience? Was that the second coming of the flying Spaghetti Monster?

He is also does Al Di Meola?? This guy is genius.

watch?v=AuljhS7fTRg&feature=Pl ayList&p=380CCD73AC95BD4E&play next=1&index=56 this is one in sync

goddamn nigger ripping on both guitar and drums

I had a similar dilema, ultimately I found sitting lower helped balance and footwork, and I didn't have a problem sitting 'behind' the kit rather than 'on top' of it. I sit with my legs parallel to the floor :) Set your kit up where it is comfortable and easy to play, not so it looks cool, or like your fav drummers.

you should buy a smaller kick...kiding...u have to get used to that. I mean u have to try to sit just a little higher or push your kick a few cm just until giving a little rotation to your toms they do not touch each other. A good idea too is to keep just one tom. but I think that sitting a little higher is the best way...

It might sound a bit strange at first, your kit might be set up in a weird sort of way that you wouldn't have used before. But if you try playing now, it's where your brain expects them to be so you'll get more control out of your playing... Let me know how it goes if you decide to do it. Cheers.

If you play heel-up, I'd suggest sitting a bit lower than your snare. If you play heel down, try sitting higher than your snare... Either way, make sure you don't feel cramped. Try this too I came up with this and it helps SO MUCH: Put on a BLINDFOLD and play your kit. Get a friend to watch you play and make a point of where you hit the drums. Then, adjust the drums so you hit the centre of them all. It's where your brain thinks the drums are, so you'll have better playing.

okay thanks!

Do you offset your rack toms? If so, try spreading your kit out a little more than it is so you can lower the toms without have tom-to-bass contact.. if you don't offset them, try increasing their angle

hey i got a question for drummers....i alwasy find that sitting a bit lower in the whole set is easier to step the bass pedal...about like, the snare drum parallel to my thighs. and then i want to set the toms a lot closer in height to the snare, but then they can't go any lower cuz they are on the bass drums. and raising the chair and the snare makes stepping on the bass drum awkward. is that somthin i am supposed to get used to? or is there another way? thanks!

NOTHING more annoying than out of synch drum videos!

no meinl but now he plays zildjian

is he playing bosphorus cymbals?

no fuzz no buzz

i think what people forget is even after all the drums, mics, effects, what matters the most is the room!!!! no one ever mentions it...if u set ur drumset up out side in ur yard its not the same as in the closet, and this room looks perfect for this drum set, i like the sound, but the bass drum sounds a little too industrial for me
