What difference does being non-union make? The commercial airline union is fucking terrible! The pilots and flightstaff have to work ridiculous hours for mediocre pay, put up with awful customers every day, have no job security, and are at the mercy of so many union factors. It might be a lot better to work non-union.

I remember when I was in midair in a plane to the U.K. And a guy had a heart attack!! I was so scared, but they landed and we got Him off the plane

Except that they turn off this kind of equipment while landing.

the pilot had to have told the passengers they were gunna do an emergency landing, i would think having the tv's on would lessen the "panic" as people could watch other things to keep their mind off of it. there are like 25 channels you get.

The feed to the tv's was turned off once it was discovered that the plane was being filmed. This was done to keep the passengers from panicking and getting crazy. Personally, I would've liked to watch the landing on the tv from inside the plane (if I were unfortunate enough to be on board that day).
