I think the first step is to stop breeding, that I consider the primary issue, then ask for money to the IMF or someone, to build, water traitment facilities, construct what was destroyed, and rebuilt mainly, after that, bring companies to use the labor in haiti mainly manufactures which would have a very low cost,then giving them education, they should also begin in the tourism and condominium properties for rich people, in that way I think they could rise again, GOOD LUCK HAITI :)

The greatest help that can be given to anyone is to take them beyond the need for further help. One day we are going to realize that we are all ONE and that 'Life' and 'Freedom' is One global unity movement that requires a meaningful presence in Haiti. If thats not caring then I don't know what it is. These people had their homes destroyed and they still had the will to help out a little high school group from Canada.
